Graduated from the National University of Asunción Law School, he was admitted to practice in 1975. He received a doctorate degree in Social Sciences from the National University of Asunción. He is a Professor of Roman Law, Law Philosophy and Legal Logic at the Universidad Iberoamericana de Asuncion. Dr. Modica published several books, such as “Paraguayan Trademark Law” and “Paraguayan Copyright Law”

Graduated from the Catholic University of Asunción Law School. She was admitted to practice in 2002. She was also graduated from the Catholic University of Asuncion and became a Public Notary in 2002. She is a Trademark and Patent Agent.

Graduated from the Catholic University of Asunción Law School. He was admitted to practice in 2005. He also obtained a degree in Intellectual Property Law, from Universidad Austral of Buenos Aires, in 2013. He is a Trademark and Patent Agent.
